With ProcedureFlow, complex processes, policies, and procedures are easily mapped into small hyperlinked flowcharts. You are guided through these complex processes with ease as you follow the arrows and decision points.

By using small hyperlinked flowcharts instead of one very large flowchart, the flows are more easily managed, they are easier to navigate, and offer a greater opportunity for reuse resulting in less maintenance down the road.

Mapping out the experience of senior colleagues, trainers, and policy creators in a visual way gives new users immediate access to expert knowledge. It's like having them right beside you, guiding you along.

ProcedureFlow is often used in contact centers and routinely reduces onboarding time by 50-90%.
