Payoneer is a global payments platform designed to help businesses, freelancers, e-commerce sellers, and online service providers send and receive money across borders easily. ([Payoneer][1]) It allows users to receive payments in multiple currencies through local receiving accounts, and then withdraw those funds to their bank account or use a prepaid Mastercard. It’s also used to make payments to contractors or suppliers globally, manage multiple currency balances, pay VAT, and handle business expenses directly from the Payoneer account.

It's used for receiving payments, especially for freelancers. You get paid into your account and with the provided ATM card you can withdraw cash at any Visa/Mastercard enable ATM and you can make online transacations even on Amazon, Quiet reliable i must say
