Mural is an online whiteboard -- one could think of it a whiteboard on steroids, since it presents many options that wouldn't be as practical with traditional whiteboards, for example applying templates or canvases that everyone can collaborate around. Another way to look at Mural is an online collaboration and facilitation tool that can be used to bring people together in virtual or in-person space.

Digital white boarding tool but can be used for so much more. It can be a repository of stickies for user requests for improvements to your site (use tagging on stickies to make it extra helpful). You can create endless number of service design and UX design files from templates; user journeys, personas, blueprints, list goes on and on.
