I have a real estate office. I have tried may platforms but MixMax is that special sauce. We need people to respond to specific questions via email. MixMax allows you to send a form in the email window instead of a link to another page. It's streamlined and gets higher client engagement. Setting appointments/scheduling with teammates and clients is also built into the email. It's connected to your Google Calendar. MixMax has a number of options to make your email visually pleasing and dynamic. Templates offer a fast way to respond quickly yo time sensitive email. As an owner, I like having the control over what templates is used by my team. Branding, language and style are all controlled. Templates can be grouped or tailored for each member of your company.
