MinuteBox is a very efficient software program that is used to manage Corporate Law files in a law office. MinuteBox helps lawyers and law clerks to create corporate law documents, manage and store required documents in a Minute Book and set reminders so all deadlines are met. Every bit of information and detail relating to a company can be stored and located in this software.
