Primarily mind mapping ideas and concepts. It works well to conceptualize products and services and determine to core project management items. Saying this, the newer task management features are very clunky and provide little benefit in my mind.

It is used for creating collaborative and graphical mind maps, for project planning, brainstorming etc.

### Comment 4

I use it for mind mapping. It helps to record all your brainstorm ideas and creates a picture of all the ideas you have in your head. This helps you create outlines and put some order to some thoughts that may have not seemed to have any order. Very useful for teams as well as individual creative times. Seeing the relationships between ideas is powerful.
