 Microsoft Dynamics CRM can help differentiate your business from competitors who’ve implemented but not “adopted” other products. Dynamics CRM functionality can be accessed directly within Microsoft Outlook.

Dynamics CRM has the advantage of being a part of Microsoft. Some see that as a pro, others a con. Nonetheless, it is a full featured CRM just like several others, but because it is Microsoft, many businesses, including ours, looked at it first. Additionally, it links up with office 365 and Outlook  really well, which does (for some) make a big difference. Phone that helps.
