An MFT solution should support the protocol that you need, auditing, tracking, managing of your file transfers, security, FIPS 140-2 compliant, managing of admins and users, dashboard, built in kye vault (for SSH, PGP, SSL Certs) , security, integration with your applications plus ICAP servers for DLP and anti-virus scanning and more.
