It is an advanced CRM system that integrates with Quickbooks as well. You can use it to track all your customer contacts in one place as well as track new leads your business brings in. You can integrate it with you gmail as well and email people or see past conversations oo "activities" you logged in Method to help you refer back and continue your relationship with each customer. This helps our sales people not have to remember off the top of their heads, but have everything they need in front of them.
