It combines many HR and recruiting based software API's into one API integration. If you need to use several HR or recruiting API's (such as Taleo) to get data, you can just integrate with Merge's service and all the data from the various services comes to you in the same format.

### Comment 2

Merge is the leading Unified API platform to add hundreds of integrations to your product with a single API. Rather than needing to build and maintain each integration in-house, you use Merge to integrate just once and give your customers access to hundreds of integrations across HRIS, Accounting, ATS, File Storage, CRM, Ticketing, and Marketing Automation platforms. We normalize all data and authentication so you never have to worry about the nuances of each integration.

Merge manages these integrations end-to-end, providing tools to provide full visibility and control over your integrations, saving you hundreds of hours of needing to maintain them.

By offering integrations at scale, you’ll close deals faster, reduce customer churn, and save engineering costs spent on building and maintaining integrations.
