The process begins with communications with leads interested in applying to a learning institutions. If they apply, Maestro SIS takes them through registration and becoming a student with ongoing automated communications. Once they become a student, they can select their program of student, make payments, and sign on directly to any online courses, or see their schedule for brick and mortar classes. They can check grades and communicate with their school through Maestro. They can upload any required documents, see their progress towards graduation, schedule advising, and get an unofficial copy of their transcripts from their student portals. Staff can manage all of the above from the staff portal, which also includes multiple reporting capabilities, forms creations, case management, asset management, Financial Aid, etc. A large institution can support multiple affiliate organizations all in a single instance of Maestro, even if they have different business rules.
