Lead tracking is a great service through Followup CRM that is totally compatible with our software (Roof Logic) and once the customer and Project Manager's info is entered it populates into many fields in FollowUp CRM and notifies the Project Manager and anyone else involved on the work order on our end-tracking all communication. Basically keeps all of our sales department and anyone else with access to this platform  on the same page so that the chances of missing anything (like due dates for proposals, Scheduling, following up with customers & received proposals.) Hope this helps!
