Competitive Intelligence and Enablement.  Comprehensive cloud-based platform that can be used by dedicated CI pros, but then pushed out to enable your broader organization.  Ingest data and information, plus comes with some key integrations to your CRM, conversational platform, review sites and other sources.   Foundational to a solid CI program, but it does require administration and care-and-feeding to get the most out of it.  CSMs are quite engaged as their business model is highly dependent upon engagement, impact and renewals.
