I use it to manage the servers I host client sites on — day-to-day stuff like setting up new websites, configuring web servers, managing databases, and handling SSL certificates without having to do everything manually through SSH. It's also where I manage mail for clients who want email on their own domain, and where I set up automated backups so I'm not scrambling if something breaks.

Since I work with multiple clients, the user rights management is a big part of it too — I can give clients access to manage their own site without handing them full server access, which saves me a lot of support requests for things they can just do themselves.
