As I understand it, Ipswitch is the name of the company, rather than of the software. They are now part of "Progress Software" and from suitably updated versions of their software the Ipswitch branding has been removed. I know them as the original vendor of MOVEit, which is a tool for handling Managed File Transfers, or scheduled and sophisticated sFTP-type jobs.
