Inspire is a performance management software tool that helps executives/employers create corporate strategies and their objectives around their strategy. Inspire also offers goal achievement, 1-1, and performance agreement tools so managers and employees can communicate better, develop new leadership skills, and achieve their goals more efficiently. All of these tools were built around expert best practices, best selling authors, and academic research.
