Innovation software comes in many forms. The most commonly used, and the ones that organizations generally see as the most valuable ones are related to managing the overall ideation and innovation process and portfolios.

You can use these tools to collect ideas from employees, customers and other stakeholders, discuss and evaluate them together with your colleagues, and then gradually develop these ideas towards innovations that actually create value.

Good ones even help you understand how much value your innovation portfolio is expected to bring and will help you analyse how your innovation process currently works, as well as identify possible bottlenecks and challenges in the process to help you improve your ability to innovate.
