HackerRank is a technical skills assessment tool that can be used to thoroughly and efficiently vet software engineering talent during a recruiting process.  It has both a pre-assessment ("take-home test") type functionality and a live "paired coding" interview functionality, both of which support a wide variety of programming languages, tech stacks, and question types.
