H5P is a HTML5 GUI for a simplistic creation of interactive activities. You can build your assessments within the online program and export the package, or pay to use their servers for hosting. The paid service has an API in order to directly embed activities in an LMS and report scores back to the grade book. H5P itself is opensource and a node can be built from its GitHub site, or you can use a product such as Lumi to convert the H5P file into a SCORM package for use in an LMS.
