It provides businesses with a profile page with information about the business, as well as tools to manage customer reviews, insights and messages. - Think of when you do a google search and a business pops up, that's essentially that companies "Business Profile" - On the admin side of things the user can add updates, sales, & products, essentially any information the business feels pertains to their customers!
