Google Maps Contact Extractor is a Windows desktop application used to turn Google Maps listings into ready-to-use business lead lists. You search Google Maps by keyword and location (for example, "dentists in Chicago"), and the software extracts the matching businesses along with up to 22 data fields — business name, address, city, state, ZIP, phone, website, email, category, rating, review count, coordinates and more — then exports them to CSV, Excel, XML, PDF, HTML or RTF.

It's used mainly for lead generation and sales prospecting: building targeted B2B contact lists by industry and city for cold outreach, email and telemarketing campaigns, local marketing, market research, and CRM population. An optional email finder can visit each business website to locate a contact email address.

Unlike per-record cloud scrapers, it's a flat licence with unlimited local extraction — no monthly or per-lead fees — and it runs on your own PC, so your searches and lead lists never leave your computer.
