Confluence describes itself as a team workspace, it's a sort of 'corporate super-wiki'. I have used it a lot in previous jobs, but don't currently use it. Gliffy is an enterprise-grade diagramming tool, something I personally use a lot and maintain a personal account. I use it for domain models, flow charts, sequence diagrams, site maps and all similar types of diagram. Gliffy is available on Confluence as an app through the Atlassian Marketplace (Atlassian is the company behind Confluence and Jira), see https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
