Final Draft is used by industry pros and those wanting to become scriptwriters to write movie, TV, plays and just about anything media-based. But it has tools that make all that much easier including outlining (beat boards), split screens, real time collaboration, track changes and lots more. 
All the keystrokes are intuitive and create an easy flow to the writing process.
I've used it since day one, and when I teach I train all my students use it.
No serious screenwriter really considers using anything else.
