Fellow is first and foremost a communication and context dissemination tool. Questions, notes, tasks, and decisions can all be easily put into, found in, and shared from Fellow through multiple communication patterns to suit your needs and share inform across your team.

Fellow app is a go to place for your team coordination and communication.  Using this for meeting notes, personal notes, feedback and keeping track of your calendar is one of the best experiences ever!

Fellow is a great organization tool that allows you to create/use templates to track discussions happening in meetings (group or 1-1), that make these meeting minutes accessible to all involved so you can remain aligned on what was discussed and allows you to see previous meetings in the same stream for easy review of what was previously discussed.

It allows you to create action items, set up intended outcomes, or even just create personal templates for starting the day and getting organized and prioritizing tasks or ending the day with some reflection. It has eliminated my need for individual "files" for my direct reports as I can track our conversations in Fellow, and I can also add private notes if necessary to remind myself of details I may want to keep track of but am not prepared to share until they've been discussed.
