Exclaimer lets you design on-brand email signatures that automatically attach to emails sent via desktop or mobile.  The signatures don't show up as attachments and aren't editable by users, so there's no chance for them to get accidentally stretched, edited, or deleted.  It integrates with Microsoft 365 to pull data, so the emails are automatically created based on the template. You can add special messages (like upcoming holidays) and banners and set rules for timeframes when you want special signatures to run.
