Exalate for Jira is a third-party integration tool that facilitates data synchronization and collaboration between different Jira instances or various issue tracking systems. It enables bidirectional synchronization, allowing you to keep multiple Jira instances or other systems up-to-date with consistent and relevant data.

Exalate serves as a bridge between different Jira instances, regardless of whether they are hosted on-premise, in the cloud, or in Data Center. It also supports synchronization with other issue tracking platforms beyond Jira, making it a versatile solution for cross-platform collaboration.

I have been using it for a bit and it is awesome!
