When we talk about digital coaching, we mean a virtual, digital experience in which a software-based coach (not a real person) interacts through a chat-like interface with an employee, asking the employee coaching questions related to a specific behavior. The coaching experience raises awareness, presents choices, and drives the adoption of new behaviors and habits.
