Crexi is a commercial database which is available to all the public as well as commercial brokers. Subscribing to the database allows you more tools and emphasis on your listings. You also have access to closed properties for information on value of an investment. Subscribing also assigns you a representative who helps market your property on a monthly bases. I highly recommend Crexi to any broker and serious investors.

For me I use Crexi to view available properties that can be customized to your particular needs and also use Crexi to list our on market properties.
