Unlike LoopNet or CoStar, CREXI sends out free nationwide email blasts [you can also pay for specific blasts],  you get an email every time someone opens your flyers, and you can download the list of prospects and save to your CRM for future email blasts of your own!  It is totally transparent to the broker - you get the prospect’s phone number, email and details about whether they are a principal or a broker.  This allows you to back channel with follow up by phone or email.
 
I love how they get the listings out to the entire nation and I don’t have to pay for Silver or Platinum listings on LoopNet.  The other thing I forgot to mention above, is average consumers - tenants and buyers - only see the paid listings on LoopNet.  They can see ALL listings on CREXI for free.  This gives you much wider exposure to a national audience.  I have had many complaints over the years from clients and investors who say they can’t see a listing on LoopNet.  You’ll never hear that with CREXI
 
Inputting a listing takes minutes.  I just listed the Jackson Professional Building in Leesburg (VA) at $7,490,000 and the entire process to enter the listing in CREXI took about 10 minutes.  We had a huge response in hours with downloads of the flyer.  I can see this in my email inbox as it is happening!  And, they also have great comps and stats reports to share with you clients.
