A powerful, cloud-based document editor that integrates spreadsheets, documents, and most importantly, a lot of other cloud services in a clever and extensible way. You can easily create a wiki, a CRM, a powerful project management tool, or use it for reporting.

Coda it's the doc that can behave like an app!  Best explanation.  It is a very powerful tool, but can also be just a simple doc.  It is, what you want it to be.

CODA is a document creation and management tool which utilizes relational databases to tie documents together...

Think of it like google sheets and docs except when you want to link to another table or document, the links auto fill for you as needed.
