Clio is a legal support software that allows for the recording of various legal information (such as Client Contact, insurance information and medical provider totals)  & communications in one place. It is a VERY strong support tool.

It's a matter and practice management software.  It can help you track time spent, organize clients, set tasks for types of matters, and track billing. I would highly recommend getting a demo.
