GREAT for SMB to acquire webinar attendees, event attendees. DOES NOT have the skillset to acquire leads or appointments for consultative services or something complex and requires time to nurture potential clients. 
Overall it is well organized and great to work with. Just not for high end products or services that is TCV of $0.5million or more, something slightly less maybe.
