ChurnZero gives our Client Success Team a tool designed for them that gives them insight into which clients are thriving, which ones need a little extra help and which ones are at risk. It also gives them repeatable journeys (processes), automated messages and alerts, and AI capabilities to quickly develop custom messages.  All of these make them more productive by giving them time to work on tasks and activities that drive results for their customers and our business.  

ChurnZero is also a tool for Managers of Client Success teams to easily see the overall health of clients as well as segment clients to help CSMs and IMs prioritize their work.  Having product usage, engagement, and renewal information on a single dashboard is extremely valuable to managers.
