CDPs like CustomerLabs helps the marketer to bring the first-party user data together. Both anonymous user data their identities, as well as known user data along with their behavior.

CDPs also will have the option to pass this data to other platforms primarily to ad platforms.

Markters can segment the users based on their behavior, traits and other information so that they can engage them across the funnel.
