We use BrightMetrics to get the call/queue/employee reports that we need from Genesys Cloud.

It is easy to use and has a great support team.

We use it at my office for multiple purposes - to monitor who is answering calls and who isn't.   We use it to verify who the patient spoke to if they call with a complaint that someone was rude to them or gave them bad information.   We use it for yearly reviews - in an effort to keep everyone above a certain threshold.
