Every month, employee gets a Bonusly allowance.
With that allowance, employee can give small bonuses to their peers, direct reports, and managers to recognize their effort and can appreciate in real time.
Employees can redeem the points they've earned to purchase ecards which can be used to do shopping or to donate for good.
Bonusly helps to  increases positive company culture
