BoardPAC is used for secure, intelligent and efficient Board Meeting Management. The platform provides the ability to securely create and upload the Board Agenda and distribute it to relevant Board Members. The Board Members are able to review, share comments and feedback ahead of the meeting in a collaborative manner and thereafter the meeting minutes preparation with assisted functions, matters arising from the meeting to be carried out with tracked tasks across the organization.

Overall a single solution that provides and supports all the required functions that Board and Corporate Secretarial Organizers of the Board Meetings require without needing to use manual or other methods.

BoardPAC has AI assisted intelligence to support minute generation and agenda summarization and other Board Training tool sets as advanced features.
