Blameless is used to take pressure off your engineering and operations team by proactively managing reliability and automating incident response. It provides a custom incident response workflow engine that can trigger incidents from a number of locations, including your alerting or paging software or its native SLO tool.  Blameless then guides responders through all the steps needed to address the incident and generate the necessary learnings and follow-up actions to prevent that incident from reoccurring.
