# What is best way to migrate the older documents to Azeus Cloud?

As a part of moving to eco-friendly storage, we are still figuring out a way to move the hard copied documents to Cloud and reduce carbon footprint.

Hi Vaishakh,

You can proceed with scanning or transcribing documents to generate soft copies of the files in your system. You can then easily upload them to the Document Library in Convene by simply dragging the files from your desktop straight to the Admin Portal. Convene's Document Library supports multiple file types, allowing you to centralize all your resources in one location.

Administrators are able to organize and manage the files and folders in the Document Library. They can also set access control permissions for individual users or committees on a folder, subfolder, or individual document level.

To instantly locate any file among hundreds of files and folders uploaded in Convene, directors and administrators can also utilize Enterprise Search, allowing them to easily search through large volumes of data.
