# What is best practice as far as microphone solutions, to maximise the BlueJeans audio experience?

It is good experience when you apply in the computer a speaker specific to conf.calls, I use micro and speaker from Jabra , plug in USB, it is very nice.

You can use computer speakers but I do not recommend it because of the background noise and poor quality.  Most of us use headsets when using BJ on computer - phone ap seems to be fine without headset. Like other programs the best practice is to always mute your mic when not speaking.
