Avetta is used by companies to vet/verify various requirements a contractor may need to have in order to work for the principal company. It is utterly and entirely poorly managed, a waste of time, and nearly fraudulent. Avetta makes the process deliberately complicated such that it can rope contractors into paying for Avettify. So...not only do you get to pay to have access to the principal company as a contractor, you have the opportunity to pay again when Avetta stalls the approval process.  Unless your contract is worth many $1000's of dollars stay away!! We are solicitation professionals and it took a month of back/forth to garner approval. We have been told by others it has taken up to 2 years in some cases.
