Applied is an applicant tracking system (ATS). We help our customers automate their recruitment processes whilst removing bias and identifying the best hires. Backed by behavioural science and data, our all-in-one software provides a variety of candidate assessments, including a CV anonymisation reviewing tool, automated applicant tracking for teams to manage the candidate journey and an excellent candidate experience. Additionally, customers can track their hiring funnel end-to-end, receiving the data that means the most to them and are supported along the way.
