Agorapulse is basically a social media management hub that keeps your planning, engagement, and reporting in one place.

What I use it predominantly for is scheduling content ahead of time, monitoring the inbox for comments, mentions and messages, replying quickly, and pulling reports when I need a clear view of performance.

Depending on the tier you are on, there is a lot more it can do. On the AI side, it includes an AI writing assistant that can help draft or refine captions and speed up day to day content work.

It can also help with the paid advertising side by pulling ad comments into the same inbox, so you can manage replies for promoted posts alongside your organic engagement without hopping between platforms.

Reporting can also go much deeper, with more detailed analytics and more polished, shareable reporting options, which is useful when you need to evidence results to a client or wider team.
