Great question, and worth a quick clarification on naming: Adeptia Connect is now Adeptia Automate, our Intelligent ETL platform currently at version 5.2. Same trusted platform, significantly evolved.

At its core, Adeptia Automate is used by enterprise organizations to connect, transform, and deliver data across internal systems, external partners, and business ecosystems, particularly where that data is messy, inconsistent, or high-volume.

Most common use cases our customers run on the platform:

1. Partner & customer onboarding — automating the ingestion of data from external partners, brokers, suppliers, and customers who each send data in different formats (EDI, CSV, API, SFTP, spreadsheets, PDFs)
2. EDI modernization — replacing brittle, developer-dependent EDI processes with AI-assisted mapping that adapts when schemas or formats change
3. Data transformation & validation — applying business rules, compliance logic, and data quality checks without writing code
B2B data exchange — connecting enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, warehouse) with trading partner ecosystems at scale
4. Intelligent Document Processing — extracting structured data from unstructured sources like PDFs, emails, and scanned documents
5. Operational workflow automation — orchestrating multi-step data flows across systems with real-time monitoring and self-healing pipelines

The platform is now AI-native end to end with AI-assisted mapping that auto-adapts to schema changes, natural language business rules, and agentic access via MCP so AI systems can directly query and drive integration workflows.

The platform is used across financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and healthcare — anywhere enterprises need trusted, business-ready data delivered reliably across complex partner ecosystems.
