With the renaming of &quot;case&quot; to &quot;project,&quot; it reflects a more common and intuitive terminology that aligns with how businesses typically manage and categorize their work. Essentially, a project in Capsule allows you to centralize and monitor all relevant work and information associated with a specific customer or client, making it easier to stay organized, deliver work and provide excellent service.
