# What if I want to use the test code on my own or leave?

You own the test code—it’s your property, you have it locally, and you have access to that test code on your private-linked Git repo that we maintain. You can therefore run ProdPerfect locally as much as you like, and if you need to leave ProdPerfect, you can maintain this code yourself going forward.
