You can cancel your service anytime by emailing us at chat@smith.ai. There are no fees associated with canceling service as we charge month-to-month with no annual contract required. Just give us a heads up one week in advance, and we won’t charge you past your current billing period.

If you choose to cancel your Smith.ai chat service, the chat will "disappear" from your website automatically so you won't need to do any extra work but we take no responsibility for new leads or opportunities you may miss out on.
