# What have you found better than ZOHO

I am asking the community which CRM solution have you found that works the best?

Maybe sometimes for certain people Zoho seems complicated although it's much simpler than other CRM's but there is no other platform combining so many applications in one system. We must see the future also because if we'll need more then is more painful to go back again to Zoho.

I have just to say that Zoho is a very good and serious company, with a detailed structure to find its sectionns easily, and really one has here everything, thus from article writing, Marketing, Translation, really everything, a freelancer wants.

I like Zoho, because it has a vast range of services, with detailed content of each one, but they also have a well structured site and web design, that one is never lost upon browing..

We switched over to Copper a few weeks ago, and are much happier. I think Zoho has the right intentions, but Copper is much easier to use, and my CEO is actually using it, which makes all the difference.

Zoho One, with over 45 business applications,  all centrally managed and synchronized, is the leader in breadth of application and breadth of security versus any other product. It is also the price-performance leader. 
Additional software is needed for heavy-duty manufacturing ERP. Custom extensions can be easily added for minor custom needs and interactions through Portals.
