# What has been the marketing platform that you have seen the greatest resistance to adoption?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">With Marketing automation platforms, especially when there is a change from an older to a newer solution, there is sometimes resistance to adoption. If this is left unattended it can tank the platform and lead to uninstallation, or at least a waste of tens of thousands of dollars.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">What marketing platform have you seen encounter the most resistance to internal adoption? How did things work out? How did you get around this- did you need assistance from outside consultants or experts to overcome the resistance?</p>
