# What does "Workstation" mean?

Each product edition is designed for a limited number of users, who can install and use FlippingBook Publisher 2 on their computers. Basic is for a single user. Professional edition can be used by two users simultaneously. Business edition supports three and more users simultaneously. Each user can create unlimited number of publications.

It's the desktop version - that's what we use - one payment for the software. Of course there will be a fee to upgrade eventually. The most common is the cloud subscription based version.
